Family Support Services (FSS) works with caregivers to develop and implement plans that address the immediate and long-term needs of their loved ones with IDD (both children and adults). These plans cover resource navigation, funding for services, educational options, residential placement, day activities, and vocational programs. In addition, comprehensive case management, advocacy, and referral services connect families to community resources and support networks. Working closely with school districts and specializing in transition services, FSS helps families access community-based services throughout all stages of life.
