In the summer of 2010 Deer Creek partnered with Camp Barnabas to bring a wonderful opportunity for children and adults with special health care needs to attend summer camp in Texas. The program expanded for summer 2012 to include children with chronic diseases along with children who are blind or deaf/hearing impaired.
Brave Adaptive Camp is a camp for both children and adults with disabilities. Campers enjoy this Christian Special Needs Summer Camp with a 1:1 camper to "buddy" ratio. Activities include sports equipment, canoeing and kayaking, archery, climbing and more. Find the application for a week of summer camp at .
