Services To At-Risk Youth (STAR) Program is offered through the Texas Panhandle Centers (TPC) at no cost to children and their families age 0-17. The services provided to families and children include: counseling, crisis resolution and interventions, anger management, prevention of child abuse and neglect, parent education, emergency residential placement, skills training, and case management.
Exceptions: Youths who are on adjudicated probation or have a current CPS investigation are not eligible for services.
