Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Participants will identify what is important to them (why you get up in the morning) and what is important for them (health, safety and valued). They will also great goals, outcome statements, and a plan to acheive them.
There is no cost to participate in this 2-day event. You must participate in both days of training.
Space is limited to 8 training participants and 3 volunteers.
