A Vision/Parent Input Statement is a visual picture that describes your child now and in the future. Participants will learn the importance of a Vision/Parent Input statement and how to develop an effective, child-focused Vision/Parent Input Statement to be included in their child’s IEP. The importance of data collection to a Present Levels of Academic Achievement & Functional Performance (PLAAFP) as well as easy to use data collection techniques for parents will also be reviewed.
