Family Resource Center connects you to many important services all under one roof. The Family Resource Center has co-located partners that provide programs and services for individuals or families on a walk-in and/or referral basis. The Family Resource Center also has programs to help your children. At the FRC, whether you are in an abusive relationship or have been sexually assaulted, you can receive help through counseling, support groups and therapy. There is additional services such as Health Clinic, Plaza Communitaria and Immigration Advocacy. CAFV’s emergency shelter is a confidential haven for individuals and families who need refuge from an unhealthy or violent relationship. CAFV's transitional living center will help you transition to independent living. In an effort to provide a full range of services, cafv has taken on sexual assault support services to further assist victims of sexual assault in our community. The battering intervention & prevention program (BIPP) specializes in domestic/family violence intervention and prevention of battering behaviors used to gain power/control within an intimate relationship, marriage, or family. CAFV’s Youth Services Department targets youth ages 12-21 years of age providing them with early educational sessions.
