The group meets on Wednesday, 7:00pm - 9:30 at P.E.E.R.S. for Hope House, Upstairs Meeting Room, 5518 Jackson St., 77004. There is free street parking.

This group is open to anyone 18 and over experiencing signs and symptoms of, or diagnosed with depression or bipolar disorder. This group is also open to family and friends who are trying to understand these two difficult disorders so they can better assist their loved ones on their path to wellness.
