This is a weekly, online therapeutic and educational support group to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for parents to process the myriad of emotions and experiences that come with parenting neurodivergent children and teens. Connect with other caregivers and engage in mindful self-reflection and somatic approaches to support regulation that will empower you as your child's advocate. There will also be a weekly educational component as we will be presenting on topics relating to neurodivergent diagnoses and parenting such as: Fostering Self Determination; Sensory Processing; Communication Differences; Emotional Regulation; Navigating School; Development Across the Lifespan; Deciding What Supports Your Child Needs Meets every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. - 12:50 p.m. Central Standard Time. Insurance is accepted. Private pay cost is $20 per session. They accept Oxford, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Texas & California residents only).
