Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
A therapeutic/educational support group led by neurodivergent parent/professionals, this group offers a judgement-free space for parents and caregivers to feel a sense of belonging and support. They provide mindfulness and somatic approaches to support regulation and neurodiversity-aligned guidance on child development, navigating school, family issues, and more. The group meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 12-1:30pm. There is no charge to attend.
