Each client’s programming is driven by their individual needs and the dreams they express in their Person Centered Plan (PCP). Each person is assigned to an Educational Specialist who oversees and directs a transition plan. The goals derived from the PCP are broken down into small, actionable items. These Action Items are accomplished in one-to-one Life Management Time (LMT) and through seminars offered by Autumn’s Dawn.
Autumn’s Dawn hosts bimonthly social events. Clients are encouraged to invite friends or siblings to these events. Volunteers also are welcome to these events. Members of Autumn’s Dawn staff attend to help facilitate. These social events give our clients the chance to make new friends and socialize with one another, as well as practice skills of social interaction within a natural, social setting.down into small, actionable items.
