The STAR program provides services free of charge to youth ages 17 and younger and their families. Services include family, individual and group counseling (also available in Spanish), crisis intervention, education and support programs for parents and youth that include parenting skills, stress management, child abuse prevention training, and stranger danger. Short-term, emergency respite might also be available. Other services include child abuse prevention training and short-term respite placement. Request free counseling at .
