Services are free to the general public and include assistance with writing a resume, online job search, employment bulletin boards, GED preparation, community referrals and use of general office equipment. Intensive services for individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment are also available using a "prepare, place and retrain" model. Within this model, services such as: case management, transitional employment, assessment services, and job readiness training are available. Goodwill also offers job placement services once a participant has gained the necessary skills for employment, and has the capacity to provide follow up services (i.e. job coaching, employer support) once employed.
