The Southwind City Locals program is designed for men and women of a wide variety of abilities. Should a potential City Local have the desire and necessary skill set to live semi-independently, within the community, they will help make that happen. Their city locals come from all over the state and country, moving into their partnered, affordably priced, apartment complexes located in both the Northwest side of San Antonio, or the beautiful Westpointe district of New Braunfels. Here, they maintain their own lease agreements, while enjoying the fellowship and community of living alongside other Southwind City Locals.
