Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
This is a free service to families caring for children with disabilities.
They assist low income families and individuals in the fight against hunger and poverty through food distribution for people and pets, children's services, community referrals for assistance, education and advocacy programs in Guadalupe and the surrounding rural counties.
They also offer crisis/case management to access medical, dental prescriptions and medical equipment, assist with the special education process; provide a case manager to attend ARDs with parents, and assist with economic needs.
