Family Partners are parent caseworkers who themselves are parents of children with special health care needs.
They have a Transition Workshop for Parents held on the 3rd Thursday of every September, January, March and May; 6:30pm – 8:00pm at Shriners’ Hospital (6th floor) - 6977 Main St. (just past intersection of Main & Holcombe). Hospital Parking is Free, Children, Youth & Transitioning Young Adults are also welcome, Spanish Translation available.
They also have a yearly Transition Family Education Event the 3rd Thursday in July from 6:00pm -8:00pm.
