MDA Camp Aranzazu Family Getaway

Family Getaways provide individuals living with neuromuscular disease, and their families, with a unique recreation experience that promotes fun, independence, and adventure. Families can take part in a variety of exciting and accessible programming designed for participants of all ages. Family Getaways have the added opportunity for connection both within each individual family unit as well as within the broader neuromuscular disease community.

At least one person in the family unit must be a registered member with MDA. An MDA Community Member is anyone who has been diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy, ALS or a related neuromuscular disease and who resides in the United States or Puerto Rico. By completing this application, you and the members of your family unit will be automatically registered as a member with MDA and agree to receiving email and/or phone communication from MDA.
