K'STAR provides emergency shelter, counseling, guidance, and support for abused, neglected, truant and runaway youth ages birth through 17 years old in 14 Hill country counties. K'STAR offers emergency shelters for displaced children. Other services include no cost parenting and community classes, professional trainings, and youth skills trainings.
