The Mental Health First Aid training is an 8 hour course that presents an overview of mental health and introduces the warning signs of a mental illness. It provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to help stabilize a person in a crisis until they can connect them with the appropriate care. This course is open to anyone wanting to learn more about mental illness.
