Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Website offering information for teens with epilepsy to get information about managing their seizures and preparing for adulthood. Teens have a chance to get to know other teens living with epilepsy and learn ways to navigate life with epilepsy. Parents will have the opportunity to get tools and advice on parenting their teen who is living with epilepsy as they transition into adulthood.
Resources include information about Epilepsy, seizures various treatments, getting ready to see a doctor when transitioning to adulthood, career planning and post high school.
