At Texas Lions Camp, camp is a time for campers to explore, exercise curiosity, and discover new interests and abilities. Campers can attempt things that would normally be out of their reach, such as riding a horse, or rock climbing on the ropes course, or just being part of a team.
The Camp is located on over 500 acres in the Texas Hill Country, and is designed to introduce the "Can Do" philosophy to children dealing with special medical conditions.
Campers spend their days participating in many different activities, having fun, and making friends! Children with special needs from all over the state of Texas are invited to attend camps that last 2 or 3 days.
Campers graduate week after week, having been introduced to actively pursuing friendships, goals, teamwork and a passion that found translates to life-long lessons for leading successful and purposeful lives.
