The Texas Transition Conference (TTC) is an annual, three-day event organized by the Center on Disability and Development (CDD) at Texas A&M University. It offers valuable information and strategies to support youth with disabilities in their journey from school to successful adult lives.
TTC is designed for a diverse and dedicated audience committed to fostering successful transitions for youth and young adults with disabilities.
