Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Come try an adaptive dance for special needs Dancers. (Down syndrome) This class will help with conditioning, speed and coordination as well as balancing out muscle work throughout the body to allow compensations, all this while learning choreography (additional $28 fee per month for the personalized trainer option to help with rehabilitation once a week)
Classes are offered twice a week on Tuesdays at 4pm and on Saturdays at 1pm.
