Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Big Heart Theater creates original musical theater with adults with IDD. The actors themselves come up with the story, create the dances and make up the songs. Rehearsals are an active and fun way to improve communication and other social skills. All Big Heart Theater programming is free to families. The theater is currently recruiting for a play in collaboration with the City of Dallas and the Dallas Public Library. To learn more about this and upcoming projects visit www.bighearttheater.org.
