Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
I am reaching out on behalf of TxDOT Fort Worth. We are excited to invite Navigate Texas Life to participate in our upcoming Safety Banquet, which will be held on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Will Rogers Auditorium! (Time subject to change closer to the event date, as weather requires.) This event is an opportunity to engage with our employees and provide valuable educational content related to safety. We encourage vendors to set up a booth to share information, resources, and insights that promote overall safety. Vendors are welcome to bring promotional items such as pencils, pamphlets, and stress balls to distribute. However, please note that larger gifts (including on-site services), coupons, and raffles will not be permitted at this event. If you are interested in participating, please confirm your attendance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Additional event details, including setup instructions, will be provided closer to the event date.
