Dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation has local chapters across the country, hosting a wide variety of events including educational events, support groups, walks, fundraising galas, and more.
