The Depression and Bipolar Support - Galleria Support Group meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. Dates, times and groups are subject to change, so please call or check their website before you come. The groups meets in the Hope & Healing Center, Room 104. General support groups are open to anyone 18 and over experiencing signs and symptoms of, or who has been diagnosed with, depression, anxiety or bipolar disorders. These groups are free and confidential. Groups are open to anyone living in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria or Galveston Counties. The support groups do the following:
Provide a compassionate environment of peers who accept and understand each other.
Provide participants with support and the necessary tools needed to assist them in living more meaningful and healthy lives.
Length: 90 minutes
No registration needed.
