The group meets every Tuesday, from 11:00 am -12:30 pm, at Christ Church United Methodist 6363 Research Forest Drive, 77381. Group meets in Room S111/S112. Dates, times, and groups are subject to change, so please call or check the website before you come.
This group is open to anyone 18 and over and is experiencing signs and symptoms of, or diagnosed with, depression or bipolar disorder. This group is also open to family and friends who are trying to understand these two difficult disorders so they can better assist their loved ones on their path to wellness.
