MOBI Motherhood Intl. is a non-profit organization committed to research, advocacy, education, and support for mothers with extraordinary circumstances that hinder or prevent the breastfeeding relationship. The goal is to promote the support of mothers with extreme breastfeeding issues, with online support groups, and with education and research. The breastfeeding issues frequently discussed include untimely weaning, re-lactation and getting a baby back to the breast, low milk supply, building milk supply, herbs and foods to support milk supply, overactive milk-ejection reflex, breast refusal, nursing strikes, teething issues, postpartum depression, sucking issues, using a supplemental feeding device, pumping, colic, allergy, neurological issues or delays, therapies for babies with neurological issues, and GERD-reflux.
