Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
This monthly group provides burn survivors the opportunity to share their stores with each other. Realizing others have had similar experiences empowers, consoles, and encourages fellow burn survivors.

The TBSS provides referral to all levels of mental health care for burn survivors and underwrites costs of treatment for those impacted by burn injury including psychiatric, psychological & psychotherapeutic services & prescription medications, as appropriate. The Basil Pruitt Program provides emergency financial assistance to patients and their families at burn units in Texas. Other programs include scar management, peer support group, and scholarships.
TBSS also provides a cost free camp experience designed specifically for children pediatric burn survivors aged 7-16.
