Under Family Care Services, case management is the heart of the Alzheimer's Association commitment to helping families with overwhelming challenges. Case managers work closely with caregivers to assess care recipient needs and help connect them with the services of the Alzheimer's Association, as well as other community resources. Among the many community agencies, the Alzheimer's Association works with to meet specific needs are the Area Agency on Aging, Easter Seals, Meals on Wheels and Aging and Disability Resource Center, in addition to health care and medical professionals.
