Access Counseling and Educational Support Services is a United Way Agency providing quality affordable mental health care for all people, in Rockport-Fulton, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, and the Texas Coastal Bend communities. Treatment is available for depression, anger, divorce, addictions, grief and loss, compulsive disorders, panic attack, and other mental health concerns. First visit fee is $30 to be paid in cash. There is no fee for those covered by Medicaid. A sliding scale based on income is available for those not covered by insurance. Proof of income is required. Download first time paperwork from their website. Hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 4 pm or by appointment. Check their Facebook page by going to Access Counseling-Rockport.
