ALF has a global community to connect with other liver disease patients and their families to share experiences, information and support. In this website you will find information about liver diseases, resources like physician finding, clinic trials, support groups, as well as current news, programs and events. ALF’s mission is to promote education, advocacy, support services and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.
