Amistad Community Health Center is a non-profit organization that provides primary health care, medical education programs, wellness checks,immuniztions, discount prescriptions and referral services for uninsured and underinsured persons in the Corpus Christi area. We also provide services concerning: behavioral health, dental health, internal medicine, psychiatric medicine, family medicine, pediatrics and women's health. Amistad accepts all types of Medicaid, Medicare and several private insurance plans. Patient fees are based on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Prescription assistance is also available. A Patient Application, in both English and Spanish, is available for download on the web at or call 361-884-2242.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am to 9 pm, Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9 am-2pm.
