Adult Bowling/Social/Recreation

The adult Bowling/Social/Recreation program is designed for post high school adults with intellectual or related developmental disabilities. We are a membership club participating in fun activities. 

Activities Offers

Each month the program offers a wide range of activities for members, including:

• Dances at St. Theresa’s Church, Bay City VFW and Needville Knights of Columbus Hall
• Sporting events such as the Houston Rockets, Harlem Globetrotters, Monster Trucks, Houston Astros, Supercross, Sugar Land Space Cowboys Baseball, SaberCats, etc.
• Fort Bend County Fair and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
• Arabia Shrine Circus
• Various events at NRG Stadium, Toyota Center and Constellation Field
• Mardi Gras Ball in Galveston
• Lunch and Movies
• Formal Christmas Dinner and Dance at Safari Texas
• Bowling weekly at Bowlero Lanes – 

To be an active member of The Adult Social/Recreation Club, you must join The Arc and pay the annual $20 membership fee. Please complete the 2024 Adult Social Recreation/Bowling Registration paperwork and return it to Nancy Dobert.  Also, please remit your $15.00 per month Social Recreation dues by the 1st of each month.  You may make checks payable to The Arc of Fort Bend County and mail them to The Arc.
