AYUDA provides a variety of programs such as Health education classes physical activities that include yoga and zumba. AYUDA also provides a Food Pantry, help filling out immigration and residency paperwork and has a program called the Amy Young Barriers Removal Program that provides home repairs and improvements for people with disabilities.
