The FAYS program provides services free of charge to youth ages 17 and younger and their families who reside in the county of service. Services include family, individual and group counseling (also available in Spanish), crisis intervention, education and support programs for parents and youth that include parenting skills, stress managemet and stranger danger. Other services include child abuse prevention,training and short-term respite placement.
The FAYS program addresses family conflict and everyday struggles while promoting strong families and youth resilience. FAYS providers offer one-on-one coaching or counseling with a trained professional and group-based learning for youth and parents. FAYS also operates a 24-hour hotline for families with more urgent needs.
