Bridgewood Farms is a caring community for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities located in Conroe, Texas. We serve as a premier provider of day programs, after-school programs and residential care for individuals with special needs and their families.
We provide training, education, and skills development that build self-esteem, promote personal independence, and allowing our clients to reach their highest potential. Our work helps ensure that everyone, regardless of their intellectual abilities, has an opportunity of a happy, healthy, and productive life.
