If you have a family member or friend that has Down syndrome and they are in need of financial assistance, please click on the BFF Application on our website and fill it out completely. BFF assists in paying outstanding medical bills.
Applications can be sent to BFF as a PDF file in an email or you can send a paper copy in an envelope to our PO Box address listed.
Your application will then be reviewed by BFF's Directors to determine if we can provide assistance and to what extent.
We try to get back in touch with applicants, via phone call or email within two weeks from the time the application is received.
