Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Their team of Case Managers and Parent Educators are ready to walk with you through your pregnancy and parenting journey. Services are available for expectant mothers or parents of a child 0-36 months of age. All services are offered in English and Spanish and are completely confidential. They can will help with case management, parenting education, life skills and assistance in finding basic needs such as diapers and wipes.
After you enroll in their program their Case Manager will meet with you, listen to your challenges, and begin developing a family guidance plan to help you and your family achieve your life goals. The Family Guidance Plan is tailored to meet the individual needs of the mother and the family members.
