Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
CC4C enhances the lives of children battling rare and undiagnosed conditions in Texas. They achieve this by giving children and families access to mental health and wellness programs, providing financial assistance, and giving them access to events and experiences that would otherwise be impossible.
Children with chronic illness often feel "different". Medical conditions may mean kids have restricted activities, feel overprotected, deal with difficulties at school, and feel socially isolated. CC4C provides a community of support to help boost confidence in children with disabilities.
