The CSHCN Services Program provides helps with medical and dental health care to children under age 20 (or any age with cystic fibrosis). You must qualify with a physical medical condition first, then once you are eligible for services they can also cover help with mental health, vision care, special medical equipment and supplies, family support services, community services, insurance premiums, travel to health care visits, and case management. Focused on family-centered and community-based strategies.
