Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Christ Clinic serves low income uninsured and underinsured patients from across the Greater Houston Area. The majority of Christ Clinics patients face complex barriers to health, including co-morbidity, and mental and behavioral health issues. Additionally, patients with more complex diagnoses receive case management services which helped to improve their health literacy and understanding of their care plans.
We understand that some illnesses require extra special care. That’s why we have a Christ Clinic Pharmacy with personalized services to help those with chronic conditions stay healthier. Our Christ Clinic Pharmacy Team consists of highly trained and compassionate experts who dispense medications that treat complex conditions.
