Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Davidson Respite House & Najim Home provide emergency temporary overnight relief to caregivers of a child with a qualifying disability. Services are available on a limited basis dependent upon capacity in the house. Families who have a child with a qualifying developmental disability, ages 6 weeks to 17 years of age are eligible for this program. All children must have a completed registration packet prior to receiving services. All services must be scheduled through the office.
The program provides a holistic, comprehensive continuum of care that provides supports essential to the mental and physical healing of children with disabilities and complex medical conditions who have experienced abuse or neglect.
