Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Each camper is provided a Support Service Provider (SSP) that will act as their eyes and ears throughout the day, feeding the camper both visual and auditory information they need to make their own decisions. DeafBlind individuals are trained on the use of a SSP and gain the experience of empowerment, self-determination, and independence.
Different camps offered for adults (over18) as well as teens (14-22). See website for dates and more details.
