In addition to free counseling support, the STAR Program offers skills-based training groups for youth as well as caregivers, that focus on problem solving, goal setting and parenting skills. These classes are also of no cost and are held at DePelchin’s main campus at 4950 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77007.
