Directing My Life is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, ages 14 and up, as they work towards achieving greater independence and personal growth. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including social skills training, independent living skills training, job readiness preparation, job coaching and job placement services. Our team provides ongoing advocacy and support, fostering community inclusion through group outings, social events and supervised interactions in various settings. By encouraging meaningful communication and appropriate social engagement, Directing My Life empowers participants to build confidence, develop essential life skills and navigate their paths toward independence. We serve individuals with any type of disability, including those with behavioral challenges.
