The mission of DCC-RGV is to support local businesses via the promotion of inclusive hiring best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting economic growth for the Cross-Disability Community
It is a regional South Texas chamber that provides disability-friendly employers in the Rio Grande Valley with educational workshops, networking events, corporate training and easy access to available resources so that they can provide meaningful, dignified, integrative employment opportunities to individuals with different abilities.
