They operate four programs:
- Dream Program - Dream recipients live in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, are 18 and older, are diagnosed with a life limiting illness with a life expectancy of 12 months or less, and lack the resources to fulfill the Dream themselves.
- Dreams for Veterans - honors veterans’ service by fulfilling their final dreams, providing them, their families and caregivers inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life.
- Flower Empower - Dream Foundation’s Flower Empower program is a Santa Barbara-based, volunteer-driven program that delivers floral bouquets, fresh-baked cookies, fine chocolates and cards that are hand made by school children and other groups and individuals to people in hospices, cancer centers and their homes.
- Dream Toy Program - boxes with hand-selected toys are delivered to Dream recipients across the country to give to the children in their lives.
