Region 19 offers a lending library of assistive equipment and software for children with special learning needs. Region 19 also offers technical assistance, consultative services, mentoring and equipment loans for children who are visually impaired. The school zone center offers a self serve lamination, self-service dye cutting, poster printing, booklet binding, color copies, that can be used by educators and the community. The parental involvement program promotes family, school, and community partnerships through workshops, conferences, and a resource library.
