EveryChild, Inc. is a non-profit organizaztion that creates new possibilities for children with disabilities. They help create a system that ensures children with disabilities grow up in a family environment instead of an institution. They help families explore family options to facility care for their children with disabiliteis to live at home or to live with a support family.
This program pulls together people, providers, services, and supports for children and youth with disabilities currently living in Texas facilities to be able to move to families. EveryChild, Inc. works with other agencies and providers to ensure child being placed in home environment has all supports needed to be successful.
