EveryChild, Inc. is a non-profit organizaztion that creates new possibilities for children with disabilities. They help create a system that ensures children with disabilities grow up in a family environment instead of an institution. The child could be moved back to their family with needed supports or in a support family home.
This program pulls together people, providers, services, and supports for children and youth with disabilities currently living in Texas facilities to be able to move to families. EveryChild, Inc. works with other agencies and providers to ensure child being placed in home environment has all supports needed to be successful.
