In order to schedule or cancel a ride, you may call 866-751-TRIP between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and follow the prompt to speak to a reservationist. Reservations can be made 30 days or up to 1 business day in advance of the appointment time. Be sure cancellations are received before 4 p.m. on the prior business day of the scheduled trip. If a passenger is not ready or decides not to go, the trip will be considered a “no show” trip. If a passenger receives six “no show” or "late-cancellation" trips in a ninety (90) day period, their services will result in a thirty (30) day suspension. There are no transit services available on county holidays. Rides are typically scheduled for the first “destination” drop-off by 8 a.m. and last pick-up will be no later than 5 p.m. Repeat rides may be scheduled in advance. Rides will be accepted on a “time and space” available basis.

Passengers must be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. This is a curb-to-curb service; however, persons with disabilities can request door-to-door service. All passengers must wear seat restraints. Seat restraints must be provided for children 40 lbs or less. Passengers 13 years or younger must be accompanied by another person 18 years or older. Individuals unable to independently travel safely or securely regardless of age must be accompanied by an assistant.
